Ethiopia is located in eastern Africa, west of Somalia. Ethiopia is almost twice the size of Texas. It is the only country in Africa that has never been colonized. Although many people identify Ethiopia with great famine and poverty, it is a beautiful country with a rich history. Rather than posting lots of facts and figures on this page, we thought we would include links to websites with information about Ethiopia’s history, culture and people.
